Hawzah News Agency-In a speech he delivered on the seventh night of Muharram (Saturday, October 8, 2016), Al-Hakim stated that "remaining silence on human rights violations in specific countries and speaking out loud against these violations in others is due to double standard."
Al-Hakim used Syria as an example, talking about the world and international organizations' stance towards the Syrian file while remaining silent when it comes to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen and Bahrain.
"Number has never and will never be criteria to determine truth," he went on saying, stressing that "the truth is known by evidence and arguments, the human being can know the truth even if others were unaware of it."
End.
